About the Role : Our client is currently seeking an highly experienced and dynamic Sports and Musculoskeletal Physiotherapist to join their team. You will be woking with a diverse caseload – sporting, general musculoskeletal with age ranges from children to elderly people. Minimum age around 6-7 years old, but rarely many clients under 12 years old - 5% paeds 95% adult.
Key Responsibilities :
Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualised treatment plans for athletes and patients with musculoskeletal injuries and conditions.
- Implement advanced physiotherapy interventions, including manual therapy, exercise prescription, dry needling, and sports-specific rehabilitation techniques.
- Collaborate closely with sports medicine physicians, orthopedic surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to optimize patient care and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate and detailed clinical records in compliance with professional standards and regulatory requirements.
- Actively participate in professional development activities, including continuing education and training, to stay abreast of current best practices in sports and musculoskeletal physiotherapy.
- Lead and mentor junior physiotherapists and allied health assistants
