About The Role

We’re looking for a warm, organized, and proactive Community & Accounts Manager to be the heartbeat of the Greenhouse. You’ll nurture relationships with members, manage accounts and operations, and help make Greenhouse a thriving home for climate innovators. This role suits someone who enjoys balancing people and process – you’ll be just as comfortable chatting with founders over coffee as you are reconciling memberships or streamlining internal systems.

Key Responsibilities

Community Management

• Act as the primary point of contact for members ensuring a welcoming, supportive, and professional experience.
• Manage day‑to‑day member communications, onboarding, and community engagement.
• Build strong relationships with startups, partners, and event organisers within the Greenhouse network.
• Coordinate community events, talks, and activations that foster collaboration and connection.
• Support a positive culture aligned with Greenhouse’s climate and sustainability values.
