Programmed are looking for multiple Gardeners/Mower Operators to join our dedicated team, committed to delivering exceptional maintenance services for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities

• Operate a range of commercial out-front, wide area, and zero-turn mowers, as well as other small plant equipment.
• Perform weed and pest control through spraying and manual weeding.
• Undertake all horticultural activities, including formative pruning and hedging of trees and shrubs.
• Implement mulching and planting programs.
• Use commercial small plant horticultural equipment including brush Cutters, blowers and hedgers.
• Report all assets using technology at each scheduled maintenance visit.
• Ensure sites are maintained and presented to a high standard.
• Comply with all occupational health and safety processes and procedures

About You

To join our team, ideally, you will have experience in gardening and landscaping, with a passion for providing quality work and a strong commitment to the safety of yourself and others. Additionally, you will have:

• Previous experience in horticulture, parks and gardens maintenance and or mowing operations.
• A current driver's license and white card (MR license is beneficial).
• A chemical certificate (desirable).
• A professional approach to the workplace.
• The ability to execute work to a high standard.
• A strong commitment to and understanding of quality, environmental, and occupational health and safety management systems.
