Overview
We’re looking for a Salesforce Marketing Cloud Specialist to play a key role in delivering personalised, data-driven customer communications. You’ll support the design, execution, and optimisation of email campaigns and automated journeys that enhance the customer experience across the full lifecycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Build, test, and deploy email campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
- Design and optimise automated journeys across customer lifecycle stages (onboarding, re-engagement, cross-sell, post-travel).
- Leverage customer data and behavioural triggers to deliver timely, personalised communications across channels.
- Use Marketing Cloud Personalisation to build recipes and power dynamic experiences.
- Create and manage audience segments in Contact Builder using SQL.
- Implement and test dynamic content with AMPscript.
- Develop and maintain modular templates using HTML / CSS.
- Monitor and analyse campaign performance, highlighting opportunities to optimise engagement and conversion.
- Ensure compliance with GDPR and internal data governance policies.
- Partner with marketing, data, and creative teams to deliver campaigns on brief and on time.
- Stay ahead of platform updates and best practices to continuously improve campaign execution.
What You Bring
2+ years of hands-on SFMC experience (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio).Proficiency in SQL for segmentation and reporting.Strong knowledge of AMPscript and HTML / CSS.Experience with Marketing Cloud Personalisation (advantageous).Solid understanding of QA, testing, and reporting for campaigns.Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.A data-driven mindset with proven ability to optimise campaigns through insights.Confidence working with large datasets, complex logic, and cross-channel triggers.A solutions-oriented approach with enthusiasm for deepening SFMC expertise.Must : Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Email SpecialistMust : Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud AdministratorNice to have : Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud Consultant and / or Salesforce Certified Marketing Cloud DeveloperWhat Success Looks Like
