Workshop Supervisor (Caravan)

The Role

The Cruisemaster Towing Performance Centre (TPC) team are the experts in the complete caravan experience – weight assessments, caravan servicing, repairs and retrofits. We are on the hunt for a new Workshop Supervisor to join our dynamic and passionate team.

As a Workshop Supervisor you will be an integral part of our committed team who strive for excellence and continuous improvement. Your job will be to run the day-to-day operations of our service centre, ensuring all work is conducted on time and to a high standard whilst communicating the progress with the customers. We’re counting on you to develop extensive product knowledge and to serve all our customers with a friendly smile and honest guidance.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the daily workflow of TPC.
• Manage customers before, during and after the job.
• Order and maintain parts requirements.
• Receive and dispatch Caravans.
• Provide technical advice for customers regarding servicing and modification of Caravans.
• Identify opportunities for efficiencies.
• Lead and guide the TPC Service Techs.
