An opportunity exists for a motivated WHS Coordinator to join our Q&S team based on a full-time basis. You will work in the Victorian / Tasmanian business unit team under an experienced WHS Coordinator and be responsible for the management and investigation of incidents and injuries, auditing and implementation of safety and quality initiatives across a large multisite organisation.
- Key Accountabilities include
- Management of incidents and investigations across multiple sites.
- Drafting, implementation and review of national policies and procedures as part of the larger Safety Management System
- Development of training packages to support implementation of Q&S processes.
- Development of Q&S Initiatives as part of the broader national team
- Auditing of legislative and policy compliance at sites
- Exposure and management of high severity Workcover Claims and non-work-related injuries in conjunction with Q&S Team.

- To be successful in this role you will need to have
- A minimum of a Cert IV or degree in WHS / OHS
- A genuine interest and enthusiasm for Safety and Quality
- The ability to work as part of a team and autonomously
- Good understanding of WHS legislation
- Experience in incident investigation
- Some auditing expereince
It would also be desirable but not essential to have had previous exposure to :
