Job descriptionLead direct reports in providing customer-focused services for commercial and community use of GSP parks and venues. Manage bookings to match the desires of hirers, ensuring timely and accurate information is provided. Develop and implement booking systems, analyze visitor and booking statistics, and maintain accurate records. Liaise with key GSP staff to balance necessary services with visitor experience, ensuring a high-quality experience.
