What Youll Own:

• Lead and develop a high-performing bar team
• Drive exceptional guest service and memorable experiences
• Ensure smooth operations across busy shifts
• Mentor motivate and coach your team to perform at their best
• Maintain compliance safety and operational standards
• Be visible on the floor leading by example every shift

Inherent requirements:

• This is a hands-on role that involves manual handling and lifting as part of regular duties (e.g. moving stock kegs and deliveries). Applicants must have the ability to perform physical tasks safely and efficiently.

• Experienced in bar or hospitality management
• Hands-on leader who thrives on the floor
• Calm under pressure and solution-focused
• Excellent communicator and mentor
• Passionate about delivering standout guest experiences
• Hold a current RSA
