The Role

• Carry out diagnostics, maintenance, and repair work to manufacturer standards
• Troubleshoot vehicle systems and ensure first-time fix rates
• Work collaboratively with workshop colleagues and technical teams to deliver outstanding service
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of vehicle systems, including hybrid and electric models
• Ensure compliance with all safety and quality standards
