The Role :
We’re seeking a compassionate and experienced Service Leader – Housing to join our Housing and Homelessness team. Based in the Hervey Bay region, this leadership role oversees the day-to-day operations of Emergency and Homestay Housing Programs , providing supervision and guidance to Community Support Workers.
You will ensure the delivery of high-quality, person-centred support aligned with Centacare’s Mission, Vision, and Values, and meet all contractual, funding, and quality standards.
This position also participates in an on-call weekend roster , providing after-hours management support for our women’s share house in Pialba.
