Status : Part -time (20 hours / week)

Work Schedule :   9 : 00AM - 1 : 00PM AEST Monday to Friday

7 : 00AM to 11 : 00AM Manila Time

About The Client :

A 100% Australian Aboriginal-owned creative marketing consultancy that provides quality communication strategies, social media management, workshops, videography, design, branding, print, marketing, and website development services to theur clients.

About The Role :

They are looking for a Administrator who will set-up their Monday.com platform and will be the POC / Subject-matter Expert any system concerns. This role will help the Marketing team in administration, customer service, project management and sales support.

Day-to-day tasks of the role / s

  • Implementation and ongoing management of Monday.com for sales and marketing CRM and project workflow purposes.
  • Design and develop Monday.com dashboards and deliver comprehensive monthly reports.
  • Implementation and ongoing management of Monday.com learning management resources.
  • Research tasks when required.
  • Managing leads and sales, which involves keeping track of leads, recording them into Monday.com and following up with emails, meetings or phone calls.
  • Reply to client technical enquiries such as email, web, domain and design questions, queries or concerns.
  • Manage and maintain monthly website hosting clients websites which involves attending to technical request and content management updates
  • Attend and contribute to staff and client meetings when requested.
  • KPIs

  • Launch Monday.com dashboard by August 30th 2024.
  • Develop 3 Monday.com learning management boards per month.
  • Respond to client technical enquiries within an average time frame of 48 hours.
  • The role will eventually do Sales support functions including :
  • Follow Up with leads between a timeframe of 7 to 14 days.
  • Convert 3 sales per month.
  • Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years of working in an administration role.
  • Proficient and experienced in Project Management
  • Proficient and experienced in using Monday.com
  • Experienced in research
  • Experienced in sales role, prior experienced accepted
  • Experienced in Customer Service, prior experience accepted
