Join Our Team and Lead Strategic Projects in Cloud, Security & Compliance

We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager with proven expertise in the managed IT services sector, ideally with exposure to the Australian mutual banking industry. In this role, you will lead complex programs of work with a strong focus on governance, risk and compliance (GRC) implementations , preferably leveraging ServiceNow (SNOW) , as well as organisational change management . You will oversee multiple concurrent projects across both Experteq and client environments , ensuring solutions are delivered on time, within scope, and in alignment with compliance requirements and operational excellence standards.

What You Will Do Here

  • Lead high-impact projects that drive organisational change, governance, risk and compliance (GRC), and digital transformation.
  • Take ownership of multiple concurrent initiatives, delivering them with precision, quality, and minimal disruption to business operations.
  • Shape the adoption of new tools, workflows, and automation into business-as-usual operations, ensuring lasting impact.
  • Deliver innovative solutions in cloud (Microsoft Azure), Modern Desktop, Information Security, and compliance, with exposure to ServiceNow GRC projects.
  • Partner with technical SMEs, business leaders, and customer stakeholders to deliver outcomes that matter.
  • Inspire project teams and customers by turning complex challenges into opportunities for success.

Who You Are

  • You are a collaborative and customer-driven professional who thrives in dynamic environments.
  • Around 5-10 years project management experience, ideally within IT Managed Services or highly regulated industries.
  • You are an excellent communicator, able to influence stakeholders from the boardroom to the technical team.
  • Proven results in organisational change management, guiding teams through major transformation with confidence and clarity.
  • Hands-on experience delivering GRC projects (ServiceNow GRC highly valued).
  • Experience leading business systems and process change initiatives end-to-end.
  • You are organised, detail-oriented, and passionate about creating meaningful outcomes for clients.
