• About you
• Our ideal candidate will be someone who can carry out the following key accountabilities in accordance with the Metro North Health's values :
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and with minimal supervision whilst seeking direction / guidance from service coordinator and clinicians
• Demonstrate effective interpersonal and communication skills including tolerance and respect to the lifestyle and standards of clients
• Ensure confidentiality in relation to client, carers and colleagues
• Perform a arrange of tasks that include travel and providing personal cares to clients in their homes
• Observe changes in client status and environment, which are of real or potential concern, and have the flexibility to respond quickly and report in a timely manner to appropriate members of the team
