Job Description
The role will lead operations and business transformation for an organization of 300+ employees and reports to the VP, Head of Strategy & Business Transformation for Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific Islands (AuNZPI). Core responsibilities include oversight and ownership of day-to-day business planning and operations, as well as execution of strategically critical cross-functional initiatives. The Director will partner closely with Visa’s senior local executive – the Group Country Manager (GCM) – to ensure smooth execution and operational excellence.
Strong candidates are versatile team-players who learn fast, have high EQ and IQ, and carry a demonstrated record of driving workstreams through to successful outcomes.
