Élysée Collective is seeking an experienced and ambitious Account Manager to join our Sydney head office. This is a full-time opportunity to work across luxury, fashion, beauty, travel and hospitality brands within a dynamic, high-performing team.

The role

As Account Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in managing client relationships and delivering strategic, results-driven PR campaigns. Reporting to the Senior Account Director or Account Director, you'll lead media relations, oversee junior team members, and ensure best-in-class client service.

You'll bring a strong understanding of the Australian media landscape and demonstrate a proactive approach to campaign execution, media coverage, and event delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, supporting Account Directors and driving the implementation of tailored PR strategies.
• Lead meetings, manage WIPs and confidently run media shoots and interviews.
• Build and maintain relationships with media, influencers and industry leaders.
• Oversee and mentor junior staff, ensuring high performance and attention to detail across all accounts.
• Contribute to new business proposals and case studies.
• Plan and execute high-end media events, brand activations and press launches.
• Track KPIs, manage budgets, and deliver reporting on media outcomes and campaign success.
