How You’ll Make an Impact

• Support and motivate our Host crew to deliver legendary customer experiences every shift.
• Be a role model for safety, energy & positivity, ensuring every interaction reflects the BOUNCE spirit.
• Manage daily venue operations—breaks, rosters, open / close duties, floor flow & till operations.
• Step up during peak periods—get hands‑on on the floor or at the tills to keep things running smoothly.
• Lead with culture—promote progression, recognition, and “Always On” feedback.
• Coach and develop your team—help build confidence, skills, and careers beyond BOUNCE.
