We are looking for individuals to work with mob to help them navigate the legal system and explore their options.

We provide free legal information, advice, representation, referrals, financial counselling, and support for survivors of child sexual abuse through various schemes.
Last year, 46% of contacts were First Nations People, aiming to provide culturally safe services. We employ Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander Engagement Advisors to assist First Nations survivors, working closely with a multidisciplinary team.
About the role
The role has three main purposes :
The role involves outreach, community engagement, and some interstate travel. A current driver’s license and willingness to travel, including to remote communities, are highly desired.

This is an identified position requiring the appointee to be an Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander person recognized within their community.
It is a genuine occupational requirement under relevant legislation to serve First Nations People of that gender.
