Be the Backbone of a High-Performing Mining Recruitment Team

Were looking for an experienced recruiter to take on the role of Team Coordinator Mining Production Operators supporting the operational rhythm of our high-performing team while managing your own active recruitment desk. This is a pivotal role for someone who thrives in fast-moving environments has a keen eye for process and enjoys balancing candidate care with commercial delivery.

Youll report directly to the Divisional Manager and work closely with a supportive and collaborative team overseeing sourcing mobilisation and post-placement care for contract mining roles. This includes building and maintaining candidate pipelines coordinating team workflow and helping ensure delivery excellence across the team.

    • What Youll Do

  • Manage your own active recruitment desk across Mining Production Operators
  • Support mobilisation sourcing compliance and post-placement care processes
  • Assist in team workflow coordination ensuring candidate pipelines and placements are moving at pace
  • Build strong relationships with clients and candidates contributing to a high-trust recruitment process
  • Engage in both delivery and commercial activity including client check-ins and opportunity spotting

    • What Youll Bring

  • Experience in end-to-end recruitment ideally in high-volume or blue-collar environments
  • Strong coordination and organisational skills you keep things running smoothly and on time
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine interest in people and partnerships
  • Ability to juggle priorities maintain attention to detail and work at speed
  • Familiarity with mining or FIFO recruitment (advantageous but not essential)
