About the role - 6 Month Contract - Commercial Lead, Technology and Corporate Transformation Program :
Reporting into the Transformation & Performance Leader, the Commercial Lead will play a crucial part in supporting the Program team in supporting the Commercial disengagement of Incumbent Vendors from EnergyAustralia. Responsibilities include :
- Reviewing or Drafting Transition Out / Disengagement Statements of Work
- Leading or supporting Commercial negotiations
- Ensuring alignment to Contractual and Commercial terms by EA, Incumbent Vendor(s) and Strategic Partner
- Managing Commercial disputes and escalations
- Maintain regular communications and appropriate engagements with all project stakeholders to ensure buy-in and commitment.
- Work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders, Incumbent Vendors and the Strategic Partner
Be impactful when you are applying
You will have experience delivering quality solutions in large software development teams & You will have deep experience with Technology BPO contracting & commercials, and strong vendor management. Additionally most of the following :
10 years’ experience in Supplier Relationship Management, Commercial negotiations, Contract Management (Technology & Corporate Services preferred)Experience working in an outsourced arrangementProven relationship management experience working with 3rd parties, senior managers and staff, plus the ability to communicate effectively with technology, business unit and executive groupsA broad knowledge and understanding of technologyHighly collaborative – able to work effectively across cross-functional & multi-disciplinary teams both within EA and the Strategic PartnerIf you’re ready to ‘light the way’ in your career, click ‘Apply’ to submit your confidential application.
