Hamilton Island is Australia’s premier holiday destination in the Whitsundays, home to four resort options, over 15 dining and restaurant outlets, a championship golf course, and a luxury Yacht Club. We’re currently looking for Kitchen Stewards to join our dedicated and hard-working back-of-house Food & Beverage team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a hospitality career from the ground up while living in one of the most spectacular locations in the country.

Your Role

As a Kitchen Steward , you’ll work behind the scenes in one of our high-paced resort or restaurant kitchens. Your main focus will be supporting chefs, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring hygiene compliance across all back-of-house operations.
