About the Role

As a Customer Service Representative, you will play a key role in supporting child care providers who use our software and administrative services. Your responsibilities will include :

• Handling inbound helpdesk support calls and responding to customer enquiries
• Responding to support emails and tickets and troubleshooting client issues
• Recording helpdesk outcomes and maintaining accurate records in our CRM system
• Performing administrative tasks for our back-office administration clients
• Meeting KPIs related to response times, issue resolution, and customer satisfaction
