Based in northern metropolitan Adelaide our client is a is a leading supplier and distributer of valves, pipelines and oilfield products. They are looking for a Business Development Manager to manage the selling of their industrial products to clients around Australia.
Your responsibilities would include :
Main Duties
- Formulation and implementation of policies and plans for sales and marketing in consultation with the management team
 - Managing, developing, building and growing existing and new key accounts
 - Planning, organising and controlling the sales and marketing activities by setting product mix, sales areas and customer service standards
 - Acquire and maintain your knowledge of the goods and services sold and those of direct competitors
 - Establish strategies and maintain a professional relationship with customers
 - Assessing customer needs to increase sales activities
 - Provide Technical support when needed.
 - Promote and Build Brand awareness
 - Provide quotations and negotiate prices, assist in the management of orders
 - Identify / Create new Customer opportunities.
 - Follow up existing customers to ensure customer satisfaction and to provide feedback to management
 
Requirements
Excellent Leadership and Communication Skills.Competent Computer Skills.A Well Presented, Professional Attitude.Salary range $88,000-$95,000 per annum + superannuation.
