Apex Resources are currently seeking Qualified, Registered and Licensed Plumbers for Permanent local roles across Perth metro. Immediate starts available.

Job Details -

Executing all plumbing works on smaller - mid sized commercial projects to a very high and efficient standard.
Understanding and working to plans, specifications and fixture and tapware schedules.
Liaising with project managers for claims and variations will also be a requirement
Preparing jobs from a safety perspective -JSA / SWMS.
Ensure work on site is compliant to relevant Plumbing standards
Ensure work is completed in correct time frame

To be successful in this role you will have –

Cert 3 In Plumbing & Gas Fitting (Registered / Licensed)

Must have extensive and proven experience working as a Senior Plumber on commercial projects.

Must have drivers license and be able to pass police checks.

Must have positive can do attitude, be super driven and able to work in a fast paced environment, directing other less experienced plumbers and apprentices day is crucial aspect to the role. Especially when it comes to efficiency and driving productivity on a project.

Must be very capable of reading and interpreting plans and specifications on a project.
