The Role

As a Recruitment Consultant on our Business Support team in Newcastle, you’ll be responsible for recruiting admin, customer service, EA, PA, and other office support roles for a diverse client base—spanning from the Central Coast up to Northern NSW. This is a 360° recruitment role, where you’ll build and manage client relationships, source top talent, and drive business growth.

What we’re looking for :

  • A strong new business hunter—someone who isn’t afraid to pick up the phone and engage with new clients and candidates.
  • A background in recruitment, real estate or outbound sales—where developing new business is a key part of the role.
  • The ability to map out potential clients, build strong pipelines, and develop lasting relationships.
  • A results-driven mindset with a passion for winning business and delivering top-tier recruitment solutions.
