Overview

Join City of Moreton Bay and help shape and enhance our communities for today and tomorrow. We are seeking expressions of interest from data analysts for our Integrated Transport Planning and Design team.

Responsibilities

  • Identify appropriate data requirements to track the progress and performance of programs.
  • Ensure the currency of Program Management Plans documentation by engaging with Program Responsible Officers and tracking update requirements.
  • Collect and analyse data to track the progress and performance of programs, including preparation of quarterly reporting materials for Directors, Councillors, and the public.
  • Review processes and procedures to improve program management and reporting.
  • Provide high level administrative support to active program governance in collaboration with the management team.

About you

To be successful in this role you must possess :

  • Tertiary qualification and a minimum of 1 year work experience in a similar role.
  • Strong skills in the Microsoft suite of programs, including demonstrated expertise in Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in reporting and analytics, Power BI and similar data visualisation tools (desirable).
  • Expertise in integrating data from multiple sources into a single data set to enable analysis and meaningful insights.
  • Experience in communicating complex data analysis effectively to stakeholders.
  • Strong time management skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities and meet deadlines.
