AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE ADVISOR - FULL TIME ROLE Alan Mance Motors Footscray is on the hunt for an Automotive Service Advisor for our busy service departments. Our brands include Mitsubishi, Suzuki, Chery, and Isuzu Ute.

ABOUT THE ROLE : Monday to Friday (NO Weekends) Assist the Service Manager to ensure the department achieves budget results Manage repair orders and vehicle bookings Advise customers on vehicle repairs or servicing updates Prepare repair orders and job sheets Manage CSI and customer retention Take ownership of the customer experience MUST HAVE : Clean criminal history check Reliability and punctuality Well-groomed and presented Ability to deliver outstanding customer service Ability to work under pressure Full working rights Excellent administration and data entry skills, along with advanced computer skills WHAT WE OFFER : Attractive salary and commission package Opportunity to work in a well-established company with an excellent reputation in customer service Ongoing training and support Only suitable applicants will be contacted Unlock job insights Salary match, number of applicants, skills match
