Key Responsibilities
- Exceed all financial targets from both revenue and operating profit measures to enable the success of RDA.
- Engage with leaders and peers through regular check-ins to drive a mindset of curiosity and success, and enhance your sales skills to achieve increased level of professional commercial acumen and results.
- Be the key contact for all matters that impact the customer or RDA with respect to the core laboratory portfolio in your territory.
- Lead the core laboratory portfolio within your territory in commercial decision making, negotiations, solution design and market performance analysis.
- Leverage the market data to create new opportunities and execute with precision and timeliness.
- Have ownership of all opportunities that are in the pipeline, with a deep understanding of what is driving the achievement of RDA’s strategy.
- Strengthen the team by proactively assisting and collaborating with colleagues, especially during demanding times.
- Embrace the sales culture and opportunity management practices at Roche, contributing to the continuous improvement of systems and processes.
- Take a proactive approach to sales with a clear skill to execute and ensure that pre-tender shaping occurs throughout the sales cycle.
Who You Are
3 years’ experience of successful complex sales execution the laboratory portfolio across Clinical Chemistry, Immunoassay and Haematology (or associated diagnostics industry portfolio) with a passion for ensuring the success of our customers.Established knowledge of the core laboratory portfolio with a curious mindset of how to continue to grow, expand and protect the portfolio in a highly competitive market.Strong understanding and experience of Public and Private Procurement.A mindset that can deliver change through confident adoption and demonstration of new ways of working with deep analysis of commercial data to understand one's market and territory.An ability to distill complex subjects into clear, actionable plans.Experience working in a core laboratory would be an added benefit.Commit to owning your professional development.The ability to think and plan strategically.High computer literacy and technical ability.Ability to travel interstate where required.A valid driver’s license is essential.
