Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leader (POL 3)

Role Description / Criteria

The Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leader is a senior leader at St Thomas Aquinas Catholic primary school and as such, will be required to collaborate closely with the Principal to provide strong leadership and support to all members of the school community. It is expected that the Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leader will be a positive role model for staff, students and parents and be committed in word and actions to the Catholic faith and the mission of the school.

In conjunction with the Principal, the Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leader will be responsible for enacting the school’s vision and mission while maintaining a high degree of confidentiality across a range of matters.

The contract is for ongoing full-time (or .8) employment with a 2.5 year contract as Student Wellbeing and Engagement Leader with the opportunity to extend this upon a performance review towards the conclusion of the role.
