About The Role
Canterbury Hospital is committed to providing high quality healthcare services to our local community, focused on patient and family‑centred care. The Team Leader of the Adult Community Mental Health Core Team is responsible for the management and coordination of an integrated multi‑disciplinary recovery‑oriented, trauma‑informed, and evidence‑based mental health team. This includes effective access and discharge procedures, rostering, operational and strategic planning.
