About the role

Working closely with the Branch Manager, this diverse role will see you assist and supervise branch operations whilst driving sales across multiple product ranges.

What you would do in this role

  • Develop relationships with customers, suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Supervise day to day branch operations, including all aspects of team management
  • Monitor product pricing and trading margins
  • Maintain stock control and merchandising

  • Proficient with computer technology and systems – we will train you
  • A positive and optimistic attitude
  • A high level of initiative to support your team members and customers – no job is too big or too small
  • A strong sense of urgency - the ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Experience in a trades environment will get you off to a flying start, but it is not essential if you’re passionate about learning our industry and product range
