Supervisor

We are a leading national Tier 1 builder delivering complex commercial projects ranging from $250 million to $1.5 billion. We have delivered some of Melbourne's most iconic projects over the last 30 years and are seeking a Supervisor to work on a $500 million commercial project in the CBD.

About the Role

Reporting to the Head Site Manager, you will be responsible for the following :

Management of all building processes including coordination of secondary subcontractors.

Scheduling weekly work programmes.

Providing clear leadership and direction to the site team.

Attending and contributing to weekly site management meetings.

Ensuring the safety of all personnel on site, including holding regular toolbox meetings and a solid understanding of OH&S processes.

Liaising with stakeholders / clients in the facilities around upcoming work.

About You

You ideally have worked on apartment / commercial or retail projects as a Site Manager or Foreman, preferably on projects above $100 million. You must have excellent communication skills and be able to work collaboratively with a large construction team.
