With 4 senior lawyers and a long-standing support team, this firm offers a stable and friendly work environment known for repeat referral work and a stellar reputation across Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

About the Role : Support two senior lawyers in day-to-day file management Prepare and manage court documents, briefs, and correspondence Communicate with clients with empathy and professionalism Convenient Charlestown based office Flexible hours on offer – from 28 hours / week to full-time No KPIs, just a workplace that values getting the job done well About You : Previous experience in law support preferred (but not essential if you learn quickly and are keen to be in the world of law) Organised, reliable and able to hit the ground running Enjoys working in a small team with long-tenured, easy-going colleagues Comfortable in a no-fuss, down-to-earth office setting Why Join?
