Scope is a registered provider under the NDIS and delivers a range of services including supported independent living short term accommodation (respite) social connections lifestyle options therapy and employment services in over 420 service locations across Victoria and NSW.

About Your Role

Scope has an exciting and unique opportunity for a Client Success Managerto work within ourEmployment Programs.

Lead a passionate team focused on client engagement satisfaction and retention. Youll listen to clients and their support networks use evidence-based insights and drive initiatives that enhance the client experience - helping people belong thrive and achieve their goals now and into the future.

Your Key Focus

  • Build and manage relationships with diverse stakeholders to understand client needs and resolve issues.
  • Monitor client satisfaction identify challenges and implement strategies to improve retention.
  • Coach and mentor team members in business development and cross-service knowledge.
  • Provide evidence-based insights to guide client acquisition and retention strategies.
  • Ensure policies and risk management practices support sustainable high-quality client experiences.

    Skills experience qualifications

  • Holds relevant qualifications and clearances including NDIS Worker Screening Working with Children Check and any required international police checks; must meet visa and drivers license requirements.
  • Extensive experience in client relationship development and management including handling client or customer enquiries.
  • Skilled in research and analysis to inform strategies plans and actionable insights.
  • Experienced in collaborating and negotiating with internal and external stakeholders including those with diverse communication needs.
  • Experience or ability to adapt quickly to the disability services sector and / or not-for-profit organisational context.
