We have an opportunity for an experienced ICT professional to join our team as an ICT Support Analyst. The role will be a member of our ICT Service Delivery team and be responsible for resolving incidents and service requests remotely over the phone, and face-to-face.
As the successful applicant you will have previous experience providing ICT support in a Windows environment.
We are looking for someone with:
- Associate Diploma level of study in a relevant field or be able to demonstrate an equivalent level of knowledge gained through other studies or work experience.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Experience in solving computer software and hardware issues
- Strong communication skills, including preparation of documentation
- Experience supporting customers in a Microsoft 365 environment
- You will be supported with induction, training, and experienced peers to succeed in the role.
