About the Opportunity

We have an exciting opportunity for an organised individual with strong IT skills and a passion for customer service to join our hardworking Stores team!In this vital role you will ensure the smooth and timely processing of storerelated functions while implementing and monitoring efficient processes and procedures. Your contribution will help maintain a customerfocused environment providing professional and courteous service through telephone and counter enquiries as well as answering correspondence in a timely manner.

To be successful in this role you should have experience using IT systems particularly computerised Purchasing and Inventory Management Software general stores experience with issuing and replenishing stock procurement support and an understanding of inventory audits. You will need excellent communication skills the ability to learn quickly and work effectively within a team and a Class C drivers license is essential for this position. Experience in local government or stores possession of a forklift / loader ticket and a qualification in purchasing or stores administration is highly desirable.

Remuneration

59644 $69061 per annum plus superannuation
