Clarendon Homes, one of Australia’s most respected residential builders, is seeking an exceptional Head of Marketing (NSW) to lead and energise our presence, drive lead acquisition, and support growth across the state. This is a unique opportunity to combine strategic leadership with hands‑on execution in a role that touches every part of the marketing mix.
About The Role
As our Head of Marketing (NSW), you’ll be the marketing engine behind Clarendon Homes’ growth in one of the most dynamic markets in Australia. Reporting to the NSW General Manager, you’ll lead a high‑performing team and a portfolio of agencies to deliver integrated marketing campaigns that engage customers, generate leads, and accelerate sales.
You will own and optimise our 4Ps (Place, Promotion, Product, Price), blending data and creativity to elevate Clarendon’s presence in a competitive and ever‑evolving industry.
Key Responsibilities
Place & Channel Strategy
- Lead and experiment across paid and organic channels to drive high‑quality leads.
- Conduct regular performance analyses to refine media mix and maximise ROI.
- Provide insights on display home strategy through ongoing site visits and competitive benchmarking.
Promotion & Campaigns
Analyse competitor promotional strategies and craft compelling, sales‑driven campaigns.Manage end‑to‑end lead generation and sales campaigns, tracking impact and reporting ROI.Oversee creation and distribution of all promotional materials across print, digital, social and PR.Product & Customer Insights
Lead customer and competitor research to guide product positioning and design.Bring global and local trend analysis into product and marketing innovation.Perform price benchmarking and market reporting to inform strategic pricing decisions.Leadership & Budget Ownership
Mentor and manage a small but impactful internal team (Marketing Executive, Coordinator & Graphic Designer).Guide external creative and media agencies to deliver best‑in‑class work.Manage and optimise the annual marketing budget to support commercial objectives.What We’re Looking For
