Firbank is seeking proactive and experienced casual Rowing Coaches for the upcoming

A Casual Rowing Coach is responsible for supporting the effective delivery of Firbank's rowing program to students in a way that promotes overall success in line with Firbank's core values. Under direction from the Head of Rowing, casual Rowing Coaches will aid the implementation of the program, provide leadership and direction to rowers, cater for a range of ability levels from beginners to elite athletes.
