Job description

Our client is a leading chemical manufacturer in the agricultural space, dedicated to supplying the global market with premium quality products and service.

Key Responsibilities :

Assist in the preparation and manufacturing of production batches in accordance with established procedures and protocols, including forklift operation where required

Ensure accuracy in measurements, ingredient handling, and mixing processes for batch preparation

Prepare and label samples for microbiological analysis, ensuring proper documentation and traceability

Perform regular cleaning and sterilisation of laboratory equipment, instruments, and workspaces to maintain a safe and sterile environment

Assist with the preparation of media, reagents, and other necessary supplies for microbiological testing

Accurately document all laboratory procedures, activities, and results in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements

Requirements :

Certificate IV in Laboratory Techniques (Minimum)

Sound knowledge of microbiological processes and laboratory safety

Forklift Licence or willing to obtain this

Ability to lift and carry laboratory supplies and equipment (up to 20kg)
