Responsibilities
- Contract start ASAP to 6 months, 2 x 12 months extensions.
- Experience within High Priority Incident Management.
- Experience using the Defence Service Management System.
- Proven client relationship management and able to translate technical issues.
- Attention to detail with the ability to create high quality documentation and procedures.
- Practical knowledge of Change, Configuration, and Asset management (ITIL V4 practices).
- Practical knowledge of Incident and Problem management (ITIL V4 practices).
- Experience effectively leading small teams of technical personnel (i.e. 5 people).
Qualifications
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Change Management roles and a firm understanding of the internal workings of Defence ICT and ITIL.Desirable Skills and Experience
Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with demonstrable experience of presentation and engagement with stakeholders, projects and business areas.#J-18808-Ljbffr
