Job descriptionJob description Initial 12-month contract with extensions Australian Citizen with ability to obtain Baseline clearance Hybrid working arrangements Canberra only DFP Recruitment is seeking a Service Integration and Management Bundle Lead to join a Federal Government Department for a long-term engagement. The SIAM Bundle Lead will lead a leveraged team of technical, commercial, and service delivery specialists, including the SIAM SME, to deliver assigned outcomes. Responsibilities Work closely with the Sourcing Lead and the Program Office Lead in defining, scoping and managing the delivery of assigned outcomes. Work closely with the EL2 Director in ensuring appropriate levels of engagement are being undertaken with existing IT service management teams. Ensure that the Department's future people, process and technology requirements for SIAM are identified, documented and addressed. Work with all relevant stakeholders to develop any approach to market documentation for SIAM. Desired Skills and Experience Significant demonstrated experience in implementing SIAM services across large scale ICT delivery environments, including within Government. Demonstrated experience with service management and enterprise operational toolsets and solutions. Strong stakeholder engagement and change management skills to facilitate smooth transitions and minimise disruption. To Apply
