Position : Contract Administrator
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Contract Administrator to join the dynamic team. As a Contract Administrator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of the projects, managing contracts, and maintaining strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a reputable builder on prestigious residential projects.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee and manage the contractual aspects of multiple residential projects from start to finish.
- Prepare, review, and administer contracts, including subcontractor agreements, purchase orders, and variations.
- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project specifications are met.
- Assist in the procurement process by obtaining quotes, negotiating contracts, and selecting suitable suppliers.
- Monitor project costs, track variations, and provide accurate and timely reports on project financials.
- Manage progress claims, invoicing, and ensure timely payment to subcontractors and suppliers.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation, including contract variations, correspondence, and project files.
- Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues and provide proactive solutions to ensure project success.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and prompt resolution of any disputes or concerns.
- Stay updated with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to contract administration.
Requirements :
Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in contract administration, residential or commercial.Strong understanding of construction contracts, relevant legislation, and construction processes.Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.Strong attention to detailExceptional communication and negotiation skills to liaise with various stakeholders.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.A positive attitude, self-motivation, and a commitment to delivering exceptional results.How to Apply :
