Your Opportunity :

This Physiotherapist role focuses on Residential Aged Care (RAC) and Community services offering the best of both worlds! As a RAC Physiotherapist you will be working alongside a multidisciplinary team to deliver personalised evidence-based therapy programs including mobility and functional programs care plan reviews one-to-one interventions and group-based active ageing services. You will be managing a wide range of acute and chronic conditions which affect movement function and independence. Plena are excited to be continuing to grow in the community aged care space and this diverse role will allow clinicians to support clients referred through the following government funded models Home Care Packages Short Term Restorative Care Commonwealth Home Support Programme and Private referrals.
