Your new role

We are seeking an experienced Associate (2-4 years' PAE) to advise on IT, strategic procurement, and grants within a dynamic commercial technology practice. You will work alongside highly regarded partners and gain exposure to a broad range of matters, including :

• Procurement, grants, and contracting
• Software licensing and cloud services
• Cybersecurity, privacy, and data protection
• Governance for government and corporate organizations

This role offers the chance to develop as a well-rounded commercial / government lawyer while working with diverse stakeholders.
