Casual Sales Assistant Lego® Certified Stores

Our LEGO® Certified Store in Booragoon is looking for a new energetic Casual Sales Assistant. The store features life-sized LEGO® models, a Pick-a-Brick wall, hard to find product releases, and amazing bricks in hands engagement opportunities. Designed in partnership with the LEGO® Group, this store is an integral part of our LEGO® Certified Store network and the home of LEGO® in Booragoon.

• Your Role

As a Casual Sales Assistant, you are responsible for leading and driving an engaging, customer driven culture within the team. You will be self-motivated and driven by the success in a retail environment. You will also understand and be inspired by the importance of engagement and the role that Play has within a child's development.

• Your Purpose
• Provide excellent customer service and offer support with product selection, special offers and product inquiries.
• Provide operational support to the store management team by assisting with store opening and closing routines.
• Work closely with the store management team to fulfill online orders and execute in-store activations.
• Support efficient inventory management including stocktakes & cycle counts.
• Keep up to date with the latest product range and share your passion for LEGO® with the team & customers
• To be successful for this role
• 1 year of retail sales experience with a customer centric approach
• A genuine love and understanding of our brand
• Energy and enthusiasm to contribute to a positive team environment
• Track record of driving and exceeding sales targets and KPIs
• Extensive availability to work especially during peak periods of trade
