Are you a strategic Sales and Business Development leader with a heart for mission and a background in hospitality?

The Spirituality Ministry of the Sisters of Saint Joseph (MMSM) is seeking a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager to drive growth and manage our national centralised booking functions. Following the "whole of ministry" framework, this role is pivotal in ensuring our spirituality and heritage centres expand and evolve to meet the changing needs of those we serve. You will lead a team dedicated to growing and promoting our services and building strategic partnerships that enhance the sustainability and visibility of the MMSM.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales & Business Development Strategy : Develop and implement annual business plans to expand centre bookings, programs, and accommodation services.
• Relationship Management : Proactively engage with Catholic Diocese, Catholic schools, parishes, corporate clients, and community groups to foster repeat business.
• Leadership : Lead, inspire and support the sales and bookings team, while actively contributing to the broader Leadership Team and strategic decision‑making.
• Pipeline & System Management : Oversee the integrity of the RMS booking system and online platforms (e.g., Booking.com, Expedia) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
• Ethos & Mission : Model and promote a high performing climate of hospitality, respect, and welcome, aligned with the Josephite spirit.
