About The Opportunity

Mining Skills Australia (MSA) seeking Operator / Trainers to join our team. If you’re an experienced operator with some hands-on training experience looking for a flexible work arrangement, this opportunity is for you.

About The Opportunity

Successful applicants must be based in Australia.

Mandatory Qualifications Required / What We Are Looking For

Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116) or equivalent
Certificate II in Security Operations
Australian Driver’s Licence
RII’s / Machine Competencies
Minimum 3 yrs Operating production Excavator / Dozers
Minimum 3yrs Operating production Graders / Dozers
Some Hands-on experience with operator step-up and / or refresher training
Must possess basic proficiency in using computers and / or Android tablets

Deliver training focused on componentry, preventative maintenance, safe operations, and operational efficiency.

What’s On Offer

For all positions we offer the following :

Flexible rosters : Various options available dependent on job roles

Day shift only (12-hour shifts)

Travel, accommodation, and meals provided

Casual positions long-term (higher pay rate) + Superannuation

An opportunity for production operators with practical training experience who are passionate about upskilling others in a supportive and dynamic environment.
