Our Pact Packaging division is pioneering a whole of product life cycle approach to sustainable packaging. Partnering with global brands to local dairy producers, we integrate supply chain efficiencies and sustainable practices into everything we design and manufacture.
We specialise in the manufacture and supply of rigid plastic and metal packaging servicing for the consumer and industrial sectors.
The primary purpose is analysing data for forecast accuracy, operational efficiencies, network optimisation and inventory to deliver customer outcomes at lowest overall cost.
Your key responsibilities will be toAnalyse data to identify opportunities across supply chain operations to improve efficiencyCollaborate with data owners within Operations, Supply Chain and Procurement to gather work centre, product, planning, and material information to review and update in SAPFacilitate changes through the Group Master Data teamCollaborate with Demand Planning and site teams to provide insights for forecast accuracy improvementsDevelop and document process with Supply Chain teams to ensure standardisation and controls across supply chainProvide insights for inventory holdings based on supply chain risks, sound understanding of site requirements, contractual obligations, and available warehouse spaceManage the ongoing resin forecasting process for the PPA divisionAutomate current manual processes into SAP to create a smooth end to end solution, with high levels of visibility across the GroupYour skills and experienceTo be successful in this role, you'll have :
3+ years' experience in supply chain planning processes, ideally within the FMCG, manufacturing or distribution industriesLogical thinker with well-developed analytical skills and problem-solving abilitiesAbility to understand, anticipate and balance the needs of multiple stakeholders.Experience in ERP systems (preferable SAP) and strong computer and excel skills.Strong communication skills at the appropriate level or all stakeholders - active listening, written, verbal and formal presentations as requiredQualificationsTertiary qualifications in Supply Chain / Commerce / Business or similar discipline, or other supply chain qualificationsAdditional Information
