• About The Role

Tasks may include but not be limited to :

• Follow Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP) and Safe Operating Procedures (SOP) to ensure successful operation of production equipment
• Meet daily production requirements to achieve Process Reliability (PR)
• Perform machine set ups and changeovers, maintain flow of product through to packing
• Maintain quality of products and associated documentation according to specifications
• Communicate with departments including Quality, Maintenance and Material Handlers - escalate in case of deviations and issues
• About You

You are an effective communicator and someone who enjoys working alongside others in a dynamic and fast paced manufacturing environment. Someone able to think on their feet and able to thrive under pressure.

To be considered for an interview you will need to demonstrate :

• Previous experience working as a Machine / Production Operator in a food manufacturing environment
• Ability to lift up to 20kg
• Familiar with HACCP
• Computer literate
• Team player and good communication skills
• Fast learner and open to change, willing to try new approaches
• Continuous improvement mindset
