Cater Care Australia is currently seeking an enthusiastic and organised Head Chef to supervise our kitchen operations at a boarding school in Alice Springs.

This is a hands-on position where you will be responsible for preparing and cooking meals for our students, as well as directly managing and leading a small team of catering assistants and chefs. We are looking for a driven culinary professional ready to advance into a key hospitality operations role. Exceptional communication skills are essential to engage effectively with school stakeholders.

Roster :

Monday to Friday - 10 : 00 am to 6 : 30 pm

Saturday - 6 : 00 am to 2 : 30 pm (Hours placed into time in lieu to provide income for the term breaks)
