Cleaning Supervisor

• The Role
• Delivering a high-quality service and standard across all sites / facilities consistently
• Developing leadership & employee capability to have a sustainable business, servicing our clients and customers
• Building and leveraging effective stakeholder relationships to achieve business objectives
• Planning, coordinating and overseeing the level of service delivered at all sites, ensuring contractual obligations are met
• Support CSM in profit improvement and development
• Lead, support and develop a team of dedicated and competent cleaning staff
• Ensure all staff and contractors are properly trained and appropriately qualified for their role and conduct Toolbox Talks as necessary
• Incident reporting is undertaken quickly
• Undertake Weekly Inspections, report issues and support troubleshooting for prompt resolution
• Facilitate and manage Time and Attendance
• The Person
• Minimum 2 years experience in a hands-on cleaning supervisor role with exceptional attention to detail
• Must hold a valid driver's license
• Strong customer service skills and excellent communication
• Well
• presentation and possesses strong professional acumen
• Skilled in people management and leading teams
• Certificate III In Asset Maintenance (Cleaning Operations) or relevant qualification is desirable
